Well, i could give you a disadvantage if you like. I've been working
with WebSphere and Oracle iAS, from the point of view of product,
WebSphere kick Oracle ass. But Oracle have a couple of thing that
WebSphere lack, like the metalink (a huge database o knowledge), and
have some configuration that WebSphere do automatic.

1-what the difference between IBM websphere and other websphers application?
I don't understand this question. What other WebSphere application do you
mean ? + WebSphere is a brand of product, not just one. This newsgroup is
about WebSphere Application Server.
Post by b***@hotmail.com
2-what is the advantages and disadvantages about IBM websphere application server?
Pro's and con's of WebSphere Application Server compared to what ? Compared
to other J2EE Application Servers ? Compared to .Net ? Compared to other
technologies ?
Post by b***@hotmail.com
3-How about it is usage?
What do you mean ?
Is it easy to use ? Or is it reliable ? Or is widely adopted in the industry
? Or xxx ?
Post by b***@hotmail.com
4-Is there is any examples or diagrams related to IBM webspher that can
help me clear my mind and choose IBM websphere?
A diagram depicting what ? The architecture of the product ? The different
versions of the product ? ...

When you don't take time before posting to think to your questions, the
problem is that people who read them don't understand them.
If you had thaught before writing, chances are you would already have
received some sort of answer. Now, all you have from me is a set of
questions.

There is no specific answer to the questions that you are asking, plus they are vague. What you can do is start from the WebSphere InfoCenter. There is tons of information available on the web plus there are lots of other resources that you can use if you are new to the technology. One such example is as below:

There are a series of presentations here that will describe WebSphere
application server in some detail.

1- what the difference between IBM websphere application server and any
other popular application servers?
Does "any other popular application server" also include non-J2EE
application frameworks (like Spring) and non-Java (like .Net) ?
Even if focusing only on J2EE application servers, leaves with a large
market. There are 16 products listed on the 1.4 compatible implementations
list (http://java.sun.com/j2ee/compatibility_1.4.html).
You could also ask several vendors to come present you their products.

2-what the advantages and disadvantages of the IBM websphere application
server itself?(not comparing to any other application servers)
You always need a comparison point to give pro's and con's.
An advantage can be a disadvantage. E.g. an enterprise-class product is an
advantage for a large company because it's full-featured, but can be a
disadvantage for a small company because it'd be too complex for them.
Post by b***@hotmail.com
3-i mean who to use? is it easy to use for the bigginers?
I'm not a beginner anymore and it's difficult for me to say what is
difficult after years of using the product.
I see however the product much evolved since I begun working with it.
E.g. there is much more public documentation, especially since WAS 5 (see
InfoCenter, Getting Started manuals, Redbooks, developerWorks, IBM Education
Assistant, etc).
Post by b***@hotmail.com
is it reliable?
Yes. There is a complete Redbook describing on WebSphere High-Availability.
Post by b***@hotmail.com
is it useful for everybody? (that kind of informations)
What can I say ? At least, it is useful for those who have the need for a
J2EE Application Server.
Post by b***@hotmail.com
4-a diagrams showing how it is work? the structure?
See the InfoCenter, there are topology diagrams (how the product can be
deployed) and how the product is architected (Learn about WebSphere >
Overview and new features > Product architecture).
Post by b***@hotmail.com
and examples of real use of it by companies, industries, ... etc
See the "success stories" link on the WebSphere product page.
Post by b***@hotmail.com
thanks again and i hope you could help me with this
Basically, you're asking for a market study and product comparison. This is
a job of itself. There is few chance someone will make it for you in his
free time. However, they can answer specific questions about the product.
